G40 from Doosan Portable Power

The G40 from Doosan Portable Power was designed to serve any customer in any application. Easy-to-use operator controls simplifies training customers to use the G40. The gauges and diagnostic displays are neatly arranged so that the generator’s operations can by quickly assessed. The G40’s small footprint and variety of electrical hookups (GFCI, Twistlock, Terminal/Lug and optional Camlocks) make this generator suitable for any application.

A Mitsubishi engine and Leroy-Somer alternator are featured in the G40. Doosan Portable Power’s dedication to providing a reliable and efficient generator is evident in using the Leroy-Somer alternator. The Leroy-Somer alternator uses Class-H insulation to protect it from moisture and dust. Additionally, Leroy-Somer alternators feature AREP – an extra set of windings that provide greater motor starting capability. This means that a smaller generator can start with a larger motor and operate more efficiently than a traditional shunt generator.
